Tuition Prices & Policies

Tuition is due by the first class of the new month.  There is a $20 registration fee per child.

To better serve your child and following procedures need to be honored at all times.

• All registration forms must be complete before attending any classes

• A $20 registration fee per student is due at the time of registration

• Payment is due at the first class of every month

• There will be no make-up classes

• Payment is required even if the child is absent

• There will be a $15 late fee for all checks received after the first class of each month

• There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks

• Parents will be required to sign a recital commitment form in December if they want their child to participate in the recital

• Costume(s) will be paid in full before the costume is ordered for recital. This cost will come in December

• To keep monthly tuition down and help pay for recital, their will be a ticket charge for the recital

• Spectators and parents may only watch dance classes during the last 15 mins of class on the first class of each month

• Proper dance apparel such as leotards, tights, and shoes must be worn. Street clothes are not acceptable.

• No eating during class

• Students may only bring water bottles in to class; no juices or pop

• No extra children will be allowed to attend class

• Parents MUST come in the building to pick up students

• Monthly newsletters will be available in the lobby.

• Desert West Dance Academy will be closed on the following holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, New Year’s & Christmas (2 week break), Halloween, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Presidents Day and Spring Break (one week).

• A Withdrawal Form must be signed 10 days prior to the month the child is being withdrawn from classes. Desert West Dance Academy will continue to charge for tuition until the front desk receives a signed withdrawal form. All tuition must be paid in full when a student is withdrawn from class(es).

All classes are held for one hour, once a week.
